(Note: Read through the ritual once before starting, and again as you move through it. After doing it around three times, you’ll see just how simple it is.)
Do you suffer from fatigue, tension and a foggy mind?
You might be burnt-out and missing one key thing and that is:
True Rest.
Rest is not a reward you earn after being productive. It is the fuel that makes productivity and accomplishment possible without burning out.
Combined with our practitioner-made blends, specifically designed to support your wellness from within, they create a pause that feels grounding, supportive and deeply restorative.
Practice the ritual consistently for a minimum of 14 days and watch this small moment become a natural, comforting rhythm your body begins to crave.
let's begin the ritual.

1. Scoop
Start by heating the water in the electric kettle.
While it warms, open your chosen ORΔ-FLŌ blend and take a moment to have a good look at the herbs.
Have a smell and notice what the blend looks and smells like.
Engaging your senses of sight and smell brings you back into the present moment. When your senses are activated, your brain shifts attention away from stress thoughts and back into your body. This signals your nervous system that you are safe, which begins to lower tension and lower cortisol (stress hormones).
Curiosity also relaxes the mind, so you may want to ask yourself:
• How does the blend look • How does it smell • Is it floral, minty or earthy • Does the scent match how it looks
These simple questions give your mind a gentle stretch after being focused for too long.
Then measure one teaspoon of your ORΔ-FLŌ blend and place it into the infuser sitting in your cup.

2. Steep
By now, your water should be ready for your blend. Follow the brewing instructions, as each blend may require different temperatures.
As you pour the hot water over the leaves, notice the aroma that rises instantly. This is when the herbs begin to release their flavour, aroma and the therapeutic qualities rooted in Chinese Medicine.
While your tea steeps, bring some light movement into your body:
• Walk around • Shake out your arms • Roll your shoulders • Roll your neck in circles • Fold from the hips
These small movements help wake up your Qi and release stagnant energy that often shows up as a foggy mind, fatigue or body aches.
Return to your tea and notice how the colour has changed and how the aroma has grown warmer and deeper.
Your senses are waking up one by one and your nervous system continues to soften.

3. Breathe
While your tea continues steeping, take this moment to breathe.
Try not to check your phone. Try not to jump back into work. Give yourself a moment that is only yours.
Bring the tea close and inhale gently. Take three deep, slow breaths.
Listen to your breath and notice any sounds around you.
This simple act calms your nervous system. Stress tightens the body and speeds up the mind. Breathing slows everything down and signals to your system that it is safe to relax. With just three breaths, the world feels a little lighter.
When the time is right, remove the infuser and place it onto its holder.

4. Sip
Once your infusion has cooled slightly, take your first sip.
Taste the blend and notice the flavours. Feel the warmth move through your body.
Notice how your shoulders begin to drop. Notice your breath becoming deeper and fuller.
Your sip does not need to be perfect or poetic. It simply needs to be taken.
The ritual may feel unfamiliar at first, but within a few days it will feel natural. You may even create small tweaks that suit you best.
Stay present enough to notice how you feel throughout the ritual, not just at the end.
This is your tiny daily reset, a simple and doable moment that keeps burnout at bay and brings you back to calm and clarity.
