However, if you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’re happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. To request this, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@oraflo.co with your order details and a photo of the faulty product.

We reserve the right to assess the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
