Stress Pattern: The Burnout Blurr

This isn’t just exhaustion.

It’s snapping at anything & crying at everything.
It’s feeling wired at midnight & wiped out by morning.
It’s your skin flaring, your thoughts racing & gut unsettled.

You’re pushing hard to get somewhere, but end up nowhere.

This blend is for the cycle of overdoing & under recovering,
for the burnt-out soul yearning to cool down,
And for the restless body seeking calm.

With every sip, calm the fire. Regulate the rhythm of Qi*. Return to yourself.

*Qi in Chinese Medicine means 'Vital Energy'

Ingredients

Sencha Green Tea, Peppermint Leaf & Spearmint Leaf

Blend Description

Flavour Profile: Cooling, crisp, and refreshing.

Cool Down is a soothing blend crafted for those moments when you’re agitated, headachy with a queasy tummy or congested sinuses.

Spearmint and peppermint bring their naturally cooling qualities, refreshing the body, calming the nerves and clear congestion in the head, while sencha green tea adds a gentle energy lift and mental clarity without the shakes.

In Chinese Medicine, mint leaves are traditionally used to disperse heat, ease irritability, and release tension & congestion from the head, while green tea is valued for supporting digestion and regulating energy.

Together, they create a cooling breath of mental clarity that restores balance from within.

This blend is lightly caffeinated, offering steady energy without overstimulation.

Enjoy this blend early in the morning and/or during your afternoon slump (around 12–3 pm). It’s lightly caffeinated, so adjust the timing based on your caffeine sensitivity.

Enjoy your ritual.

Brewing Guide

SERVING SIZE:

1 teaspoon/ 1 cup (250 ml)
OR
2-3 ORΔ-FLŌ spoons/ 1 cup (250 ml)

WATER TEMPERATURE:

85 °C – Hot water that’s cooled for 2–3 minutes after boiling.

STEEPING TIME:

2–4 minutes

SERVING NOTES:

Don’t pour boiling water straight onto the leaves as it makes the tea taste bitter.

If you’re using a regular electric kettle with no temperature control, simply let the water sit to cool for 2–3 minutes before steeping. This helps protect the delicate green tea leaves and avoid bitterness.

If you like it light and gentle, brew less time (~2 minutes).

If you like stronger flavour, brew longer (~4 minutes).

You can even use the same leaves again for a second cup stepping it for longer each time to extract the benefits and flavours.

Enjoy your ritual, One Sip at a Time.
